The Seattle University women's tennis team was in control from the first serve to the final forehand, closing out its fall season with a 7-0 victory over Pacific Lutheran University Wednesday afternoon at the Amy Yee Tennis Center.

The Redhawks won the doubles point by sweeping the doubles sets, losing only six games combined. That dominance carried over into the singles contests, all won in straight sets with Seattle U players dropping only eight games in eight matches.

The Seattle U women's tennis team will now train in preparation for the spring season, with dual matches beginning in late January. The Redhawks are looking to win the Great West Conference title in their final year in the league before joining the Western Athletic Conference next season.
