Ian Dahl (Longview, Wash.) posted the team's best score in each round, shooting 77 in the first round and 74 in the second 18 holes to post a cumulative score of 151 (+7) to currently stand in a tie for 40th place. Chris Holway (Longview, Wash.) also improved from the first round to the second round, shooting 78 and 77 for a 36-hole total of 155 (+11) and a tie for 60th place.
Jordan Beals (Enumclaw, Wash.) followed a 78 with an 80 to finish the day in a tie for 66th place with a cumulative score of 158 (+14). Paul Pavlos (Woodinville, Wash.) shot 77 and 82 for a two-round total of 159 (+15) to finish the day in a tie for 69th place, while John Payton (Sammamish, Wash.) posted scores of 84 and 81 to finish Monday in 78th place with a 36-hole total of 165 (+21).
As a team, Seattle University posted scores of 310 and 312 for a cumulative score of 622 (+46) to currently stand in 15th place, just four strokes behind Bradley University. Missouri leads the tournament by 19 strokes with back-to-back scores of 280 for a two-round total of 560 (-16), led by Emilio Cuartero, who leads the individual standings with a 36-hole score of 136 (-8), three strokes ahead of the nearest competitor.
Seattle University will look to close out the tournament with a better performance as the third and final round takes place Tuesday, Feb. 22, beginning with an 8 a.m. local time shotgun start.
