2011-12 : Ended collegiate career at America Sky Conference Championship (April 29-May 1), finishing T-35 with 244 strokes (+28) ... tied for 25th at OGIO UCSB Intercollegiate (April 2-3), carding 223 (+7) ... went 2-1 at Lamkin Grip Cal Poly Challenge (March 22-23), including 3&1 win over Fresno State's Nate Jessup ... fired a 156 (+12) at Pat Hicks Thunderbird Invitational Feb. 13-14, tying for 66th ...shot a 230 (+14) at the Kauai Collegiate Invitational, finishing 33rd ... fired a 230 (+17) at the BSU Dash Thomas Memorial, placing 53rd ... finished with a 218 (+5), tie for 41st at The McLaughlin ... Shot 213 (Even) to finish tied for seventh at Palouse Collegiate.

2010-11: Opened the season at the St. Martin's Invite shooting  214 (-2) to finish in a tie for 20th place ... finished in a tie for 13th place with a cumulative score of 220 (+7) at the Firestone Grill Cal Poly Invite ... shot 229 (+13) finishing in a tie for 33rd place at the Kauai Collegiate Invitiational ... shot 145 (+1)  for a tie for 15th place at the Pat Hicks Thunderbird Invite ... tied for 40th place shooting 151 (+7) at the Snowman Getaway ... At the CSUF Folino Invite tied for 15th shooting 220 (+7) ... Tied for 13th at the Cal Ply Lamkin Grip Challenge with a score of 151 (+7) ...  Finished in a tie for 36th place with a score of 229 (+13) at the OGIO-Santa Barbara Intercollegiate ... At the America Sky Conference Championships Ian tied for 12th place with a score of 226 (+13) .. Ian shot a round average of 74.38 for the season.

2009-10: Finished 60th at the Thunderbird Invitational, shooting +14 ... shot season-best +10 at Snowman Getaway to finish 20th ... earned a 27th-place finish at CSUB invitational by shooting +13 ... finished the season with another +13 performance, landing 65th place at the Cowboy Classic.

University of California-Berkely 2007-2009: Competed for Cal-Berkley, earning the Cal Golf MIP in 2007-2008, 2009. Competed as an indiviual for Cal at Bay Area Intercollegiate Shootout February 28, 2009 79-73 T10/42.  Dahl was also earned Four Time Scholar-Athlete Recognition.

Mark Morris High School: A four year varsity starter, Dahl earned 4 varsity letters in Golf. In his 4 years with the Monarchs he made playoff appearances in 4 Year State Qualifier 2007: High School 2A State 75-73 T6/43, Place Team 2007: High School District 4 Championship (2A) 68-76 2nd/70 2006: High School District 4 (3A) 72-69 141 1st/96 2005: High School State Championship (3A), June 1-2, 2005 71-78 (148) 11th/80 2005: High School District 4 (3A) Oct 12-13, 2004 79-67 146 4th/90 2004:High School District 4 (3A), Oct 25-26, 2003 73-75 148 1st/90.  Dahl also earned the High School League MVP Sophomore and Junior Year and High School All-League 4 Years.  He also broke school record two times for shooting 30 in 9 hole matches.  also competed for the Monarchs in Baseball, 4 Years, League MVP Senior Year, 4 Time All-League Selection, 3 Time All-State Selection, 3rd Place State Finish Sophomore Year.

Personal: Born Jan. 18, 1989.  Dahl is the youngest of 4 children, parents are Barry and Leslie Dahl.  A Junior transfer at Seattle University, he is majoring in History.
