Last Time Out: The Redhawks (7-17) earned their second consecutive victory on Feb. 8, as they cruised past Eastern Washington 74-53. Elle Kerfoot and Salena Dickerson posted 17 points apiece, Daidra Brown had 16 and Tatiana Heck had a career-high six steals.

Thanks for the Memories!: Saturday's game will mark the final home game for the Redhawk seniors: Julee Christianson, Salena Dickerson, Tatiana Heck and Breanna Salley. SU will host their annual Senior Night ceremony following the game.
Two in a Row: The Redhawks currently are riding a two-game winning streak. SU defeated Long Beach State 73-54 on Feb. 4, and followed that with a 74-53 victory over Eastern Washington on Feb. 8.
No. 6 in the Nation: For the second week in a row Daidra Brown is No. 6 in the nation in steals per game. The sophomore transfer is averaging 3.3 spg, behind 24 games played and 80 total steals on the season.
Eight and Counting: Junior point guard Elle Kerfoot maintains her stance as the Redhawks offensive leader. She scored in double figures for the eighth consecutive game, with 17 points versus Eastern Washington. She is averaging 12.5 ppg.
Heck Posts Season-Best Performance: Senior Tatiana Heck put together a season-best performance versus Eastern Washington on Feb. 8. She broke a career high with six steals, behind nine points and three boards in 26 minutes of action.
Another Solid Game from Dickerson: Salena Dickerson scored 17 points and had a game-leading nine boards in 34 minutes of work. She leads the team with 5.9 rpg and is second on the squad in points with 11.1.
In the Classroom: The Redhawks excelled in the classroom during the Fall Quarter. The team posted above a 3.0 cumulative grade point average.
Redhawks Add Midseason Transfer: Seattle U added sophomore point guard Nichole Jackson to the Redhawk hoops squad for the Winter 2011 quarter. Due to NCAA transfer rule she will have to sit out for a year and will be eligible to begin action with SU in the Winter of 2012.
Some Coaching History: Head coach Joan Bonvicini enters Saturday's action behind 625 career victories. She is in the top-20 in all-time wins among both active DI coaches and all-time DI history.
Kerfoot Named to All-Tournament Team: Co-captain and point guard Elle Kerfoot was the selected to the Seattle U Thanksgiving All-Tournament Team on Nov. 27, following her 30 point performance and helping guide SU to the championship game.
Seattle U Inks Three for 2011-12: Monique Abbs (Phoenix, Ariz.), Renee Dillard-Brown (Seattle, Wash.) and Kim Flournoy (San Diego, Calif.) will join the Seattle U women's team next season. This is the second recruiting class head coach Joan Bonvicini has signed since joining SU for the 2009-10 season.
The Captains: Junior point guard Elle Kerfoot and senior post Tatiana Heck will serve as captains for the Redhawks is 2010-11.
Scouting Cal State Bakersfield: The Redhawks will look to bounce back this week versus Cal State Bakersfield after falling in their meeting nearly a month ago. Since playing SU, the Roadrunners have only played three games. CSUB is currently coming off a 77-65 loss at Longwood on Feb. 2.
The Roadrunners have four players scoring in double figures, led by Amber William's 13.8 ppg. Britney McGee (12.2 ppg), Kristine Herman (11.1 ppg) and Tyonna Outland (10.6 ppg) round out the top scorers. Nikki Leon is the team's top rebounder with 5.6 rpg.
The Last Time Seattle U Faced Cal State Bakersfield: The Redhawks last faced the Roadrunners on Jan. 9, 2011. SU fell 81-65 to CSUB.
