Junior center Tatiana Heck had a career night in the professional arena, as she scored 24 points and grabbed down 13 rebounds, for a pair of career highs. It was also her first double-double of the season.
On Deck: SeattleU will close out the 2009-10 season at the Longwood Tournament in Farmville, Va. SU will square off with Florida Gulf Coast on Saturday, Mar. 6. They will close out the tournament the following day, versus an opponent yet to be determined.

A Career Night at KeyArena: Junior Tatiana Heck had a career night at KeyArena at Seattle Center on Feb. 16. The center from Mountlake Terrace, Wash. scored 24 points and made 13 rebounds, both for career-highs. The game also marked her first double-double of the season.
On the season, she is averaging 10.5 points and 5.1 rebounds per game.
Thanks for the Memories!: The Redhawks will honor the career of the graduating seniors: Mercedes Alexander, Ashley Brown and Cassidy Murillo, following their Saturday, Feb. 20, contest versus Cal State Bakersfield. Tip off is slated for 7 p.m. in the Connolly Center.
Scouting CS Bakersfield: The Redhawks will square off with Cal State Bakersfield this Saturday, in sight of a redemption rematch from their, 65-47, Jan. 16, loss in Bakersfield, Calif. SU will look to close out the home half of the 2009-10 schedule with their seventh victory of the season.
The Roadrunners travel to the Emerald City riding a 15-10 overall record and have won five of their last six games. After winning five straight, they head to Seattle after falling to Cal State Fullerton 78-61. Versus the Titans, Phynique Allen scored 29 points and Kelley Tarver posted seven boards. CSUB shot 38.9 percent (21-for-54) from the field, while CSUF was 50.8 percent (33-for-65).
On the year, Katie Williams leads the Roadrunners with 18.6 points and 6.7 rebounds. Tarver is the team's assist leader with 73, averaging 2.9 per game. Currently, CSUB is averaging 75.5 points per game and are forcing 24.1 turnovers on opponents; yes opponents have outrebounded them 45.9 to 34.6.
This will be SU's fourth all-time meeting with the 'Runners. They are 1-3 all-time versus Bakersfield.

In the Seattle University women's basketball team's first-ever game at KeyArena at Seattle Center, the Redhawks dropped a 66-42 decision to the University of North Dakota Tuesday evening. With the loss, SU snaps their two-game win streak and falls to 6-21 on the year. The Fighting Sioux improve to 10-13 with the win and take the season series 2-0 over SU.
After heading into halftime only down 25-17, SU was unable to garner enough offensive momentum to earn their third straight win.
Junior Tatiana Heck had a standout game for the Redhawks, as she earned her first double-double of the year. It was a career evening for the center, as she established career highs in both points and rebounds, with 24 points and 13 boards. With the double-double, she is the second player this year to reach that feat. Heck also added an assist and a steal in 38 minutes of work.
