Women’s Basketball Wins Season Opener
Sobczak leads with perfect night
The Seattle Women’s Basketball team opened their season with a 75-51 at Friday night in
was led by Laina Sobczak who scored 13 points in on a perfect 6-6 shooting from the field and 1-1 from the foul line. Sobczak also recorded seven rebounds and a block in just 16 minutes of action.
Sophomore guard Cassidy Murillo chipped in 12 points, seven rebounds, and three assists. She led by shooting 3-6 from beyond the three point arc.
Also in double figures for were Kamrica Ary-Turner with 12 points and Quinn Brewe with ten.
