Veteran volleyball coach Paula Schwan joined the Seattle University volleyball program in July 2026.
Schwan's coaching expereince spans over 30 years, from the Division I level through professional. Her passion for the game led to the develoment of North Pacific Juniors, an expansive club volleyball program in the Seattle area. Schwan still acts as NPJ's club director and coach for NPJ-Seattle 17.
Schwan held the title of head coach for PSR Semi-Pro women's team for four years.
Her work with NPJ has assisted multiple athletes taking their game to all levels of play, from junior colleges and NAIA through DI.
