Lindsey Winter was hired as Director of Athletic Performance in August 2021. She was the Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Oregon State since 2018. She worked at Evansville and Abilene Christian after interning at the University of Washington. Winter played softball at Boise State, serving as team captain in her senior year.

I would like to thank my husband, family and close colleagues that have supported me through this process. Thank you to Director of Athletics Shaney Fink, Associate Athletic Director Eric Guerra, Head Basketball Coach Jim Hayford and the rest of the search committee for entrusting me to aid in the development of the student athletes at Seattle University. I look forward to living out the goal of building durable and robust student athletes that will contend for championships in the WAC and throughout Division I athletics."
