Lindsey Scott-Anderson

Lindsey Scott-Anderson joined the Seattle University staff in the summer of 2021. 

Scott-Anderson spent six years on the athletics development team at UC Berkeley, most recently as Assistant Athletics Director for Development, prior to SU. 

At Cal, Scott-Anderson lead a team responsible for a record-setting, 10-year high in annual fundraising ultimately leading the Golden Bears to close fiscal year 2021 by surpassing $40 million raised. During her tenure, she developed and executed a comprehensive leadership annual giving and alumni relations strategy in support of Cal Athletics' 30 varsity programs and unrestricted funds, co-manage pipeline development and prospect discovery plans for Leadership Giving, Leadership Annual Giving and Alumni Relations teams, and spearhead planning and execution of Cal Athletics' Big Give – UC Berkeley's annual day of giving.

Scott-Anderson also served on the Berkeley Advancement Community Executive Committee to assist in campus-wide strategic development efforts, improve the BIPOC experience, and promote synergies between advancement units, and was elected to serve as Co-Chair of the UC Berkeley Annual Giving Roundtable, a campus-wide effort to support development officers in annual giving programs.

A rowing student athlete at Saint Mary's College where she earned her Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Scott-Anderson served as an Assistant Coach of Women's Rowing for the Gaels from 2013-15

As a student athlete, Scott-Anderson earned numerous honors including First Team All-West Coast Conference, WCC All-Academic and CRCA Scholar Athlete. She received her Masters' degree in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership from the University of Washington in 2013.
