Kevin Bravo

Kevin Bravo joined the Seattle University Sports Medicine staff in July 2026 as an Associate Director of Sports Medicine. He serves as the Athletic Trainer for men's basketball and women's golf.

Bravo arrived at Seattle U after spending two-and-a-half seasons as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Salt Lake City Stars, the NBA G-League affiliate of the Utah Jazz. During his tenure, the Stars' medical staff earned G-League West Coast Athletic Training Staff of the Year honors in both 2023-24 and 2024-25. In that role, Bravo also supported the Utah Jazz parent team during pre-season workouts and training camp, and participated in the NBA and G-League Combine, Salt Lake City Summer League and NBA Summer League.

Bravo also recently served as Head Athletic Trainer for the Nigerian Basketball Federation’s Women’s National Team, manning medical care for a 15-member roster across multiple international venues and coordinating injury prevention sessions and player workload management.

He also managed medical care for a 32-member roster in the San Francisco Giants' Dominican Summer League program, working primarily with Spanish-speaking athletes and coordinating with physicians across international time zones and completed a summer internship with the Chicago Bears in 2022.

Bravo his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from San Diego State University, and complete his Master of Science in Sports Administration at Eastern Illinois University. He holds certifications in Spinal Manipulation (SMT 1 & 2), Dry Needling (SFDN-1), Blood Flow Restriction through Owens Recovery Systems, and is a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist.
