Kari Hockett is in her second year within the Seattle University athletics department, splitting her time between compliance matters and working with student-athletes.
Prior to coming to Seattle University, she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Sport Management from Washington State University in Pullman, Wash. While at WSU she was a sports reporter for Cougfan.com, served on the ASWSU Senate, and worked in the Office of Admissions. Hockett also spent three seasons with the Tacoma Rainiers, the Triple-A Affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, managing the Corporate Partner Services department.
She is currently a second year law student at Seattle University.
