Jourden Kachel joined the Seattle U Athletics compliance team in Fall 2020. Originally from Wisconsin, they graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with degrees in Sport Management and Spanish.
Kachel interned in the athletic department of UW-La Crosse in external relations and event coordination during their undergrad. Their most recent role was in the NBA with the Milwaukee Bucks, where they worked as game night public relations staff for the 2019-20 season, pre-COVID.
At SU, Kachel is very excited to be in the PNW for the first time to work in Athletic Compliance and Student Athlete Services for all sports.
