After arriving in Seattle in 2014 and serving two years as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer, Jason Dandino is entering his fifth year as an Athletic Trainer, and seventh overall at Seattle University in 2019-20.
Originally from Colorado Springs, Colo., Dandino received his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Dakota (UND) in 2014. While at UND, Dandino was an active member of the Student Athletic Trainers Organization. Dandino earned his Master’s degree in Sport Administration and Leadership at Seattle University, completing his research in the “Differences in Perceptions of Injury between Athletes and their Athletic Trainers.” An active member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the Washington State Athletic Trainers' Association, he is also certified as a Graston Technique Specialist.
Jason currently serves as the Athletic Trainer for Volleyball and Softball. As a part of the SU Sports Medicine Staff, he holds the administrative responsibility of operations lead, including scheduling and inventory.
