Emma Bickford joined the Seattle Univerity softball staff as its director of player development in the Fall of 2025.
Bickford joins the program and returns home following her graduation from Santa Clara in 2023. While with the Broncos, Bickford was named an All-WCC honorable mention in two of her five seasons, including a All-WCC second team selection in her graduate season in 2023. She earned the WCC Comissioner's Honor Roll Silver Honors and was the University's recipient of the Athletics Inclusive Excellence Award.
Bickford got her coaching start with her alma mater, serving as a assistant coach in the 2024 season.
Bickford, a Sammamish, Wash. native, received her master's in business administration from Santa Clara and undegraduate degree in psychology.
