Dr. Elizabeth Boyer is a Licensed Psychologist and a Certified Sport Psychology Consultant, who is committed to helping individuals maximize their potential and enjoyment in life. Dr. Boyer works with individuals and teams from youth/recreational to elite and professional levels to enhance their performances, team efficacy / cohesion, and overall well-being. Dr. Boyer assists Seattle University's athletic department by providing on-campus counseling sessions to the varsity student-athlete population.
Dr. Boyer works within the sub-specialties of stress and wellness, injury recovery, and disordered eating. She strives to help all athletes and coaches use effective coping strategies and core strengths in increasing resilience, healthy self-esteem, and achievement of their goals.
