Ed Moore begins his second season as an assistant coach for the Seattle U men's soccer team. Moore will serve as the first assistant to head coach Pete Fewing and will be involved in every facet of the program. Prior to joining the SU staff, Coach Moore served as an assistant coach at the University of Evansville, Duke University, and St. Mary's College (CA). Coach Moore currently holds a USSF National Goalkeeping License, as well as a USSF "A" Coaching License.
A four-year letter-winner as a goalkeeper at the University of Evansville, he was the Spirit of the Aces award recipient in 2001 for his leadership and team commitment and, in 2002, earned the Most Dedicated Player award. Moore immediately joined the college coaching ranks after finishing his playing career, while completing his undergraduate degree in education.
