Beverly Verduin
Beverly Verduin, a Seattle U alum and daughter of Seattle U Hall of Famer Sue (Stimac) Verduin, joined the Redhawk athletics staff as an Assistant Athletic Director for Development in September 2022.

Verduin came to Seattle U after spending two years working in philanthropy at Goodwill. She began as a Philanthropy Coordinator and was promoted to Philanthropy Officer, raising philanthropic funds to support Goodwill's free job training and education programs. In her Philanthropy Officer role, Verduin focused on building out emerging major gifts program, and executing our departments major giving strategies, along with sponsorship for their annual fundraising event.

Born and raised in Seattle, Verduin attended Ballard High School, then went on to play basketball at Central Washington University (2014-18) while earning a degree in Social Services.

She then became the third in her family (following her mother and brother) to attend Seattle U, earning a Master of Nonprofit Leadership degree from SU in 2020. During 2019-20, she also worked as a graduate assistant with the Seattle U Athletics development team.
