Becca Gillespy
Becca returns Seattle University for her second season with the track and field program, focusing mainly on the pole vault event. In 2006 Becca was a volunteer coach at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., where she helped the team's top pole vaulter become a two-time Division III All-American by finishing eighth in the indoor championships and fifth in the outdoor championships. She also runs Pole Vault Power, one of the largest websites devoted almost exclusively to pole vaulting.Becca was a student-athlete at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo., where she was a two-time conference champion and a five-time NAIA National Qualifier. Before that, she was the Washington state champion in the pole vault in 2000 while competing for Kings High School in Seattle, Wash.Becca, presently residing in Seattle, is enrolled in the Master of Sports Administration program at Seattle University.
