2014-15: Posted season-best time of 25.09 seconds in 50 freestyle at Husky Invitational Dec. 5 ... Twice posted time of 56.07 seconds in 100 freestyle during dual meet season ... On Nov. 8 at Idaho, finished 200 freestyle in 2:00.48.

2013-14: At WAC Championships, finished 30th in 50 freestyle preliminaries in 24.68 seconds ... swam second leg of 200 freestyle relay with split of 24.20 seconds as team finished eighth in 1:36.68 ... finished 36th in 200 freestyle preliminaries in 1:58.16 ...finished 29th in 100 freestyle preliminaries in 54.07 seconds ... posted time of 24.30 seconds in 50 freestyle time trial.

On Nov. 9 versus Idaho, swam 200 freestyle in 2:01.61, taking fifth ... took 50 freestyle in 25.43 ... finished 100 freestyle in 56.61 ... finished fourth in 400 freestyle relay with a total relay time of 3:42.41

On Nov. 8 versus Oregon State, swam fourth leg in 400 medley relay with a total relay time of 4:12.81 ... finished 100 freestyle in 56.55 ... swam third leg in 200 freestyle relay with a total relay time of 1:47.50

On Nov. 1 versus WSU, Bayless swam fourth leg in 400 medley relay with a total relay time of 4:12.74 ... finished sixth in 50 freestyle with a time of 25.39 ... swam 100 freestyle in 55.52 ... swam second leg for third place in 200 freestyle relay with a total relay time of 1:42.26

On Oct. 19 versus CSUB and GCU, Bayless finished ninth in 50 freestyle with a time of 25.49 ... swam 11th in 100 freestyle with a time of 56.66 ... took 10th in 200 freestyle with a time of 2:02.48 ... swam second leg for sixth place in 400 freestyle relay with a total relay of 3:47.26

2012-13: At WAC Championships Feb. 27 to March 2, swam 50 yard freestyle in 24.73 ... swam third leg of 200 yard freestyle relay in 23.90 (relay time 1:36.07) ... swam 200 yard freestyle in 1:59.93 ... swam 100 yard freestyle in 54.89 ... swam third leg in 400 yard freestyle relay in 54.58 (relay time 3:32.94).

Versus Whitworth on Jan. 12, Bayless anchored second place 400 yard medley relay with time of 55.24 (relay time 4:08.69) ... took fourth in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 25.80 ... swam the 100 Yard freestyle in 56.74 ... swam third leg of fastest 400 yard freestyle relay in 55.52 (relay time 3:38.78).

 Versus Simon Fraser Nov. 10, Bayless anchored the third-place 400 yard Medley Relay with a leg of 55.37 (relay time of 4:10.91) ... swam the 50 yard Freestyle with a time of 25.13 ... finished fifth in the 100 yard Freestyle with a time of 56.32 ... swam the third leg of the second-place 400 yard Freestyle Relay in 55.70 (relay time of 55.70).

At CSU Bakersfield Oct. 20, Bayless finished the 50 yard Freestyle with a time of 25.57, taking seventh place ... swam 100 yard Freestyle with a finishing time of 56.65 and was placed at seventh.

At Idaho Oct. 13, Bayless anchored second-place 400 free relay in 56.47 (relay time of 3:39.51) ... anchored swam the fourth leg for the fourth-place 200 yard medley relay team in 25.21 (relay time of 1:53.46) ... swam the 100 yard free in 56.21, taking fifth.

At Washington State Oct. 12 , Bayless took fifth in the 200 yard Freestyle, finishing in 2:03.90 ... swam the 100 yard Freestyle in 55.77 and took sixth place.

High School: Bayless was a four-year varsity swimmer for North Central High School. She also ran three years of varsity cross country for the Indians. She was named Most Improved by the cross country team in 2008. Bayless was also President of the National Honor Society and named Washington State Princip'l's Scholar, Washington State Scholar, and given the High Academic Excellence award.

Club Experience: Bayless swam for the Spokane Waves Aquatic Team for seven years. She was the team captain from 2011 to 2012 and she also took second place at the Inland Empire Short Course championships in 2012 and won the 50 free in Age Group Sectionals in 2010.

Personal: Full name Stephanie Marie Bayless. Parents are Trudy and Lenny Bayless, and she has a younger sibling named Brenna. Bayless is an international business major with a minor in Spanish, and she wants to pursue a career in business. She loves traveling, being around the ocean, and has been a counselor for YLIN's Family Retreat, a camp for diabetic children and their families, for four years.
