2012-13: At WAC Championships Feb. 27 to March 2, Dang swam lead leg of 200 yard medley relay in 27.80 (relay time 1:46.15) ... swam 50 yard freestyle in 25.26 ... swam 100 yard backstroke in 59.61 ... swam 200 yard backstroke in 2:10.71.
On Jan. 18-19, Dang swam lead leg of 400 yard medley relay in 1:04.05 (relay time 4:16.35) ... took fourth in 200 yard backstroke with a time of 2:20.95 ... swam third leg of second place 200 yard freestyle relay in 25:62 (relay time 1:42.60) ... swam lead leg of third place 200 yard medley relay in 29.57 (relay time 1:51.71) ... competed in the 50 yard freestyle ... and swam the 100 yard backstroke in 1:03.84
Versus Whitworth on Jan. 12, Dang swam lead leg of second place 400 yard medley relay in 1:02.82 (relay time 4:08.69) ... took fourth in 100 yard backstroke with time of 1:02.47 ... swam the 50 yard freestyle in 25.74 ... and swam the 200 yard backstroke in 2:18.35.
Versus Simon Fraser Nov. 10, Dang swam the first leg of the third-place 400 yard Medley Relay in 1:01.85 (relay time of 4:10.91) ... took sixth place in 50 yard Freestyle with a time of 25.94 ... finished the 200 yard Backstroke in 2:16.66, taking fourth.
At CSU Bakersfield Oct. 20, Dang finished the 100 yard Back in 1:03.46 and placed fifth ... swam the 200 yard Back with a finishing time of 2:19.60, taking sixth.
At Washington State Oct. 12, Dang swam the 100 yard Back in 1:03.11 and took fourth ... swam 200 yard Back with a time of 2:21.45, taking fifth.
High School: Dang spent four years on the varsity swim team at Bothell High School. She holds school records in the 50 meter freestyle and 100 meter backstroke and was the team captain as well.
Club Experience: Dang has swam for Wave Aquatics since 2001. She competed for the club at nationals in 2012, competing in the 100 back, 50 free, and in four relays.
Personal: Full name Tiffany Nhu Quynh Dang. Parents are Kim and Peter Dang, and she has a younger sister named Gabrielle. Dang is a pharmacy major and wants to pursue a career in that field after graduation. She enjoys traveling, photography, poetry, and art.
