2010-11: At the University of Idaho on Oct. 8, Nelson placed 8th in the 400 IM in 4:56.25 

 

On Nov. 6 at Pacific, she finished the 200 butterfly in 2:18.33 ... Swam the 200 breaststroke as an exhibition with a time of 2:33.61 ... Finished the 200 yard IM in 2:19.33 

 

At UC Davis on Nov. 7, Nelson finished the 200 butterfly in 2:21.23 ... Placed second in the 400 IM with a time of 4:39.99 

 

On Nov. 13 at Seattle U's home meet against Simon Fraser, Nelson swam the second leg on the 400 medley relay team that placed third in 4:24.02 ... Placed fifth in the 200 IM in 2:16.23 ... Swam the final leg on the fourth-place 400 freestyle relay team with a split of 57.64

 

At Utah on Dec. 3, Nelson finished fifth in the 200 breaststroke in 2:36.52 ... Placed sixth in the 400 IM in 5:00.63 ... At BYU on Dec. 4, she placed sixth in the 200 IM in 2:20.73 

 

On Jan. 14-15, she finished seventh in the 100 butterfly in 1:01.93 ... Placed sixth in the 200 butterfly in 2:17.04 ... Finished the 200 breaststroke in 2:33.46 

 

Against Whitworth on Jan. 28, Nelson placed third in the 400 IM with a time of 4:49.19 

 

Against Nevada on Jan. 29, she swam the second leg on the fourth-place 200 medley relay with a split of 33.49 (1:58.68) 

 

Against Boise St. and Oregon St., she swam the second leg of a 200 medley relay in 33.31 ... Swam the 200 IM in 2:16.93 ... 

 

2009-2010: Saturday, October 3, Nelson swam in the 300 Butterfly Relay with a time of 1:01.92. She also swam in the 300 Breaststroke Relay with a 1:12.99, 500 Freestyle with a 1:29.94, 200 Freestyle Relay with a 27.38, and the 400 Medley Individual Medley Relay with a 1:05.81

 

At Pacific Collegiate Swim & Dive Conference Championships, competed in 200 Butterfly, placed 27th with a time of 2:21.12.

2007-08: Nelson was part of the 200 free relay team that earned a 16th place finish at the PCSC Championships with a time of 1:42.67. She also swam to an 18th place finish at the same meet in the 100 butterfly with a 1:00.56. Nelson's top times from last season were 4:57.41 in the 400 IM, 2:37.81 in the 200 IM, 2:35.50 in the 200 fly, 1:07.54 in the 100 fly, 2:58.19 in the 200 breast, and 1:21.73 in the 100 breast.

 

Olympic HS: Nelson was the team MVP her senior season and a captain both her junior and senior seasons. Nelson helped Olympic finish seventh in the state her senior year and was a state finalist her junior and senior seasons. Nelson was a district qualifier all four years at Olympic. Nelson’s best times were 1:00.63 in the 100 fly, 2:18.12 in the 200 fly, 2:18.65 in the 200 IM, 56.13 in the 100 free, and 2:35.91 in the 200 breast. Academically, she received district academic honors her senior season and was member of the National Honor Society.

 

Personal: Nelson is a Biology major at Seattle ... Her parents are Todd and Stephanie Nelson.
