On October 22, in a home meet against UC Davis and Idaho, Shobaken swam the 1000 yard Freestyle in 11:19.09...took eighth in the 200 yard Freestyle with a time of 2:15.80...competed in the 500 yard Freestyle with a time of 5:38.53.
In a meet at Oregon State, on October 29, Shobaken swam the 500 yard Freestyle in 5:30.72.
At Pacific on Nov. 5, Shobaken took fifth in 500 yard freestyle by finishing in 5:34.92 ... swam 200 free in 2:06.56, the 200 fly in 2:15.34 ... swam third leg of a 400 free relay team in 1:00.64 (team time 4:04.18).
At the University of Denver on November 12, Shobaken swam the 200 Freestyle in 2:08.18, finishing fourteenth ... finished twelvth in the 200 Butterfly in 2:19.45 ... swam the 500 Freestyle in 5:40.74, taking thirteenth.
In a home meet versus Boise State on Nov. 29, Shobaken took fifth in the 200 yard butterfly with a time of 2:14.00 ... swam the third leg in the 200 yard medley relay in 39.35 (team time of 1:59.05) ... participated in the 400 IM.
In dual meet versus Simon Fraser (Jan. 20), took fourth in 200 yard butterfly with time of 2:13.85, swam 200 yard freestyle in 2:02.85, and swam anchor leg of 200 free relay in 26.61 (relay time 1:47.80).
In home meet versus Simon Fraser and Washington State (Jan. 21), swam 200 yard free in 2:03.74, participated in 400 medley relay.

Against Nevada on Jan. 29, she was the third leg on the fourth-place 200 medley relay with a split of 28.10 (1:58.68) ... Placed third in the 200 butterfly in 2:10.47 ... Swam fourth on the third-place 200 freestyle relay with a split of 25.89 (1:44.62)
On Feb. 5 against Boise St. and Oregon St, she swam the 200 butterfly in 2:10.17 ... Finished the 100 butterfly in 1:00.49 ... Swam the second leg on the sixth-place 400 freestyle relay in 56.24
At the MPSF Championships she finished the 200 butterfly in 2:06.93 ...
2009-2010: On October 3, Shobaken swam in the 500 Freestyle Relay with a time of 2:04.67, the 400 Yard Medley with a 1:04.46, and the 1500 Freestyle.
On October 9, Shobaken swam against the University of Alaska-Fairbanks. She competed in the 1650 Freestyle with a final time of 18:37.41, the 200 Butterfly with a 2:20.64, the 500 Freestyle with a 5:31.64, the 100 Butterfly with a 1:04.47, the 1000 Freestyle with a 11:16.77, and the 400 Freestyle Relay with a final time of 3:49.84.
At Pacific Collegiate Swim & Dive Conference Championships, competed in 500 Freestyle, placed 30th with a time of 5:20.15 ... competed in 200 Freestyle Relay, team placed 15th with a time of 1:40.53 ... competed in 200 Freestyle, placed 22nd with a time of 1:58.78 ... competed in 200 Butterfly, placed 10th with a time of 2:08.60.
High School: Shobaken swam varsity four years for Tulatin High School. She finished ninth in the state in the 500 freestyle and helped the team to a second place finish overall. She also earned All-District honors and helped the Timberwolves take four straight district championships. She was awarded the most improved award in 2007 and 2008. She also ran cross country her senior year.
Club Experience: Shobaken swam for Tigard Tualitin Swim Club. There, she was named Most Improved three times and Most Inspirational one time.
Personal: Full name Constance Raemar Shobaken. She is the only child of Roxanne and Thomas Shobaken. She is a business management major and is pursuing a career in either nursing or law. Shobaken enjoys traveling and has a goal of seeing all 50 states. She is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu here at Seattle University.
