2012-13: At Idaho Oct. 13, Grubb swam anchor leg of fourth-place 400 free relay in 58.08 (relay time 3:52.65) ... swam anchor leg for the sixth-place 200 yard medley relay team in 26.19 (relay time of 1:58.28) ... swam the 100 yard freestyle in 58.79.
At Washington State Oct. 12, Grubb finished 50 yard Freestyle in 26.55, taking sixth ... swam 100 yard Freestyle in 58.09, taking seventh.
2011-12: At Boise State (Oct. 14-15), anchored 400 yard medley relay with a split of 57.76 ... swam in 400 free relay, finishing the second leg in 58.60 (relay time of 3:50.61) ... competed in 50 free.
On Oct. 22, in a home meet against UC Davis and Idaho, Grubb swam in the ninth-place 200 medley relay team (relay time of 1:55.98) ... finished tenth in the 50 freestyle in 26.52 ... swam the 100 freestyle in 58.45, finishing twelveth ... swam in the seventh-place 400 freestyle relay team (relay time of 3:47.90).
At Oregon State University on October 29, placed fifth in the 400 Medley Relay (relay time of 4:13.00)...placed sixth in the 50 yard Freestyle with a time of 26.41... swam the 100 yard Freestyle in 58.62...took fourth in the 200 yard Freestyle Relay with a relay time of 1:44.41.
In a home meet versus Boise State on Nov. 19, Grubb helped 200 yard medley relay team to a time of 1:53.57 by swimming anchor leg in 25.74 ... swam 50 free in 26.40 ... swam 100 fly in 1:04.97 ... swam second leg of 400 free relay in 58.45 (team time 3:50.14).
In dual meet versus Simon Fraser (Jan. 20), swam anchor leg of 200 yard medley relay in 25.73 (relay time 1:52.03) ... swam 50 free in 26.28 ... swam 100 free in 57.17,
In home meet versus Simon Fraser and Washington State (Jan. 21), swam anchor leg of 400 yard medley relay in 57.11 (relay time 4:07.24) ... swam 200 yard free in 2:05.14 ... swam 100 fly in 1:05.26.
At Nevada Jan. 28, swam anchor leg of 200 yard medley relay in 25.84 (relay time 2:01.62) ... swam 50 free in 26.26 ... swam 100 free in 58.03.
Junior College: Grubb attended Orange Coast College from 2009 to 2010. She took firsts in her conference in the 200 and 800 free relays, and placed fourth in the 50 meter butterfly, fifth in the 50 meter freestyle, and sixth in the 100 free. She helped OCC win both the conference and state championship and clinch the best team GPA in the conference. She also was awarded a scholarship in piano performance.
High School: Grubb swam two years for Flathead High School, being named team captain her senior year. She also ran two years of varsity track and cross country, earning three letters from those years. She helped lead the Bravettes to district and state titles in both cross country and track in 2005. She earned "superior" marks at Montana State Music Festivals all four years in high school, and was named Miss Self Expression in the Junior Miss 2008 contest.
Personal: Full name is Allison Lorraine Grubb. Her parents are Bonnie and Frank Grubb, and she has three older brothers, Jarod, Nate, and Ryan. Her dad played baseball for Central Texas College, her brother Jared played baseball for the University of Portland, and Ryan attended Lewis and Clark State, playing baseball as well. Grubb is a music major with minor in business and would like to work in music education after graduation. She enjoys playing and composing music, skilling, sailing, and running in her free time.
