2023-24 (GRADUATE STUDENT): Competed in four tournaments and nine rounds... stroke average of 77.22... posted season low round of one-over 73 at Pat Lesser Harbottle Inv. (Oct. 2-3) and GCU Inv. (Feb. 27-28).
2022-23 (SENIOR): Competed in 10 tournaments and 27 rounds... stroke average of 76.96... posted season-low round (one-under 71) and season-best finish (T29) at The Clash at Boulder Creek (Oct. 3-4).
2021-22 (JUNIOR): Competed in six tournaments and 18 rounds... stroke average of 76.94... shot season-low two-under 72 at Grand Canyon Women’s Spring Invitational (Feb. 28-Feb. 1)... best finish of the season came at the WAC Women's Golf Championship (Apr.18-Apr.20) where she tied for 11th with a 11-over 227 (74-78-75)… scored an average 3.1733 of on par four which is seventh best all-time… fifth all-time single season record scoring average (76.73).
2020-21 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in three tournaments and eight rounds... stroke average of 76.13... shot season-low rounds of two-over 74 at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic (Apr. 5-6) and Bobcat Spring Invitational (Apr. 12-13)... best finish of the season came at the Bobcat Spring Invitational where she tied for 19th with a four-over 148 (74-74).
2019-20 (FRESHMAN): Competed in seven tournaments and 19 rounds… stroke average of 76.79… shot season-low rounds of one-over 73 at the Rose City Collegiate (Sept. 30-Oct. 1) and the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invite (Mar. 10-11)… at the Grand Canyon University Women’s Spring Invitational, tied for 18th place with a five-over 149 (75-74)… tied for eighth place at the Rose City Collegiate, posting a seven-over 223 (77-73-73).
Arai was named to the All-Pacific Coast League First Team in 2017 and 2018… tied for 10th place at the 2018 Toyota Tour Cup Series at Ojai Valley Inn… spent all four years on the varsity golf team at Woodbridge High School and was the team captain her last year… voted Most Improved Player on her team in her freshman and sophomore years.
Azumi Arai wants to be a professional golfer... earned her bachelor's degree in Business Analytics.
