2010: Beckerman appeared in all 31 matches of her senior season. She was second on the team with 97 total blocks and third with 267 kills, both career highs. She earned 16 kills against Oregon (Sept. 6) and notched 10 blocks against CSU Bakersfield (Nov. 19), both yearly highs for her. She had seven matches with five or more total blocks.
2009: Janet played in 27 of the team's 28 matches, appearing 79 games. She was third on the team with 123 kills, also totaling 16 digs for the season, and 49 blocks. Scored 5 or more kills in 15 matches, and had 3 or more blocks in 9 matches. Had a season-high performance on September 26 vs North Dakota with 10 kills. Scored 9 kills in three other matches during the season.
2008: Janet appeared in 99 sets during the season, finishing fourth on the squad in kills with 142 and tied for first in total blocks with 80. Her best match of the season came against Penn on September 27, as she earned 14 kills, two service aces, and seven total blocks in SeattleU's thrilling five-set come-from-behind victory over the Quakers. In the National Transitions Challenge, she hit at a .500 clip over the three matches with 22 kills and just four attack errors in 36 attempts, plus she collected 15 total blocks, including seven block assists against Houston Baptist.
2007: Beckerman appeared in 12 matches during the season, finishing with 51 kills, a .248 hitting percentage, and 29 total blocks. At Montana State Billings on Nov. 3, she earned a season-high nine kills while making only one error in 20 attack attempts for a .400 hitting percentage, plus picked up four block assists. She earned a season-high six blocks against Alaska Anchorage on Oct. 20.
Bellevue Christian HS: Beckerman was a First Team All-State performer at Bellevue Christian High School. Her team finished in the top ten in the state all three years she was on the varsity squad, placing ninth in her sophomore year, finishing seventh in her junior season, and ending up fifth during her senior year. In her senior season, Beckerman received the WIAA sportsmanship medallion. She also played for Seattle University assistant coach Hue Ong on the Sudden Impact club squad.
Personal: Born October 23, 1988, Beckerman is the daughter of June and Mike Beckerman. She is majoring in psychology.
