2021 Outdoor: Academic All-WAC... marked the WAC's 18th-best, SU's fifth all-time and new personal record of 39.35m (129 1') in the hammer throw at the OSU PNW Team Clash... posted the WAC's 23rd-best and new personal best of 25.94m (85" 1') in the javelin throw at the Fresno State Invitational.
2020 Indoor: Academic All-WAC… at the WAC Indoor Championships, posted a mark of 12.51m (41’ 0.5”) in the weight throw… had a weight throw distance of 12.45m (40’ 10.25”) at the Last Chance College Elite Meet… set a new personal record in the weight throw at the Idaho Team Challenge, posting a mark of 12.70m (41’ 8”)… that throw was third-best in indoor school history.
2019 Outdoor: Academic All-WAC... at the WAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, had a score of 33.36m in the discus throw and a score of 37.29m in the hammer throw… set a personal record in the discus throw with 33.53m at the Ken Shannon Invitational… at the Oregon State High Performance meet, had a personal-best mark of 37.58m in the hammer throw and also threw the discus 32.86m… had a score of 34.09m in the hammer throw at the Doris Heritage Track Festival.
2019 Indoor: Academic All-WAC... finished with 11.29m in the weight throw at the WAC Indoor Track and Field Championships… had a personal-best weight throw of 11.76m at the Last Chance College Elite… at the Cougar Indoor, scored 11.09m in the weight throw.
In her senior year, Tresselt represented Nooksack Valley High School in the 2018 Washington Interscholastic Activities Association State Championships… was a three-year letterman in varsity softball, winning Defensive MVP and the District Championship while earning a place in the State Championship… also played varsity volleyball for two years… was an accomplished scholar in high school, acting as National Honor Society president and the junior class president, as well as the valedictorian of her class… was a member of the Future Business Leaders Association.
Jamie Tresselt is majoring in Diagnostic Ultrasound, plans to pursue a career in medicine.
