2016 Outdoor: At Ken Shannon Invitational, finished 4th in the triple jump with a jump of 10.08m.
2015 Outdoor: At Ralph Vernacchia Invitational, finished 6th in the triple jump at 10.42 meters.
2015 Indoor: Academic All-WAC
High School: McCarthy was a four-year varsity athlete on the track and field team at Blanchet Catholic School, winning the state title in the triple jump in 2010. She advanced to the state championships in the triple jump and the high jump three times, plus she competed at the state meet in the 4x100 meter relay twice. She earned team MVP honors in both 2010 and 2013 as well as Most Inspiring in 2012.
Personal: McCarthy is the middle child of Cameron and Elizabeth McCarthy, and she has an older sister named Megan and a younger brother named Kevin. Born July 11, 1995, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, she is a pre-major in the College of Arts and Sciences.
