2011 Indoor: At the GWC Indoor Championships, he set a school record with a fourth-place finish in the triple jump with a distance of 13.51 meters ... Came in fifth in the high jump with a leap of 1.85 meters ... Finished sixth in the long jump with a distance of 6.50 meters ... At the UW Invitational, Jaros competed in the long jump with a distance of 6.45m ... At the Husky Classic, he competed in the long jump with a 6.28m leap ... At the UW Open, he competed in the high jump with a leap of 1.73m (5-08) ... Set a school reord in the triple jump with a distance of 13.50m (44-03.50) ... 

2010 Indoor: Jaros posted a school-record leap of 44' 2.5" (13.47 meters) in the triple jump, smashing the old mark by over a foot ... Competed at the Great West Conference Indoor Championships in the long jump and triple jump

2009 Indoor: Ty competed in the high jump with a height of 6'3", the long jump with a distance of 21'6"" and triple jump with 42'7".

Marist HS: Ty was a three year letter winner in track and field at Marist. In 2007 he place fourth in the triple jump at the Oregon state track and field meet. During his senior season he was the Sky-Em district champion in the triple jump and helped his 4x100m relay team to a title. Ty was also named first team all-district and second team all-state in 2008. His personal best's are 20'10" in the long jump...44'3" in the triple jump...6'3" in the high jump...44.31 in the 4x100 relay.

Personal: Ty plans to major in biology while attending Seattle Univeristy.
