2020 Indoor: Set personal records in the 60m dash (8.15) and the long jump (4.91m, 16’ 1.5”) at the WAC Indoor Championships… at the Last Chance College Elite Meet, ran the 60m dash in 8.18… had a mark of 4.70m (15’ 5”) in the long jump at that meet.
BC: Attended Bellevue College from 2018-19.
LCSC: Was on the Lewis-Clark State College track and field roster from 2017-18.
High School: A four-year letterwinner for track and field at Cedarcrest High School, Weaver made the Washington State 2A Championships all four years of her career… in 2017, she placed in three separate events at State (third in the 100m dash, fourth in the 4x100m relay and fifth in the 200m dash)… set school records for the 100m dash (12.27), 200m dash (25.14) and the 4x100m relay.
Personal: Tayla Weaver is majoring in psychology at Seattle U… she was the vice president of her senior class at Cedarcrest… she was also a member of the National Honor Society and her school’s chess club.
