2010: At Albertsons, competed in 800 Meter Run, placed 27th with a time of 2:02.26 ... At Pelluer Invitational, competed in 1500 Meter Run, placed 9th with a time of 4:33.21 ... at Duane Hartman Invitational, competed in 800 Meter Run, placed 10th with a time of 1:58.27.
2009: Ran a 31:21 at the Emerald City Invite 8K event on Oct. 3rd. Finished with a time of 23:28 at the Mike Hodges Invitational on Oct. 16th.
2008-2009 Indoor Track and Field: Winger ran a 2:03.95 in the 800 Meter at the UW Indoor Preview on Jan. 17th and placed 1st in the 800 Meter with a time of 1:56.8 at the Univeristy of Portland Indoor on Feb. 6th.
2008 Cross Country Season: Rustin's best races of the season took place in West Seattle at Lincoln Park, as he finished 40th at the Cascade Conference Preview in 27:43.56 and 93rd at the UW Sundodger Invitational with a time of 27:44. He also competed at the Beaver Classic, finishing the 8k-course in 28:48.
Central Kitsap: Rustin lettered three times in both cross country and track and field for the the Cougars. Was named to the All-Narrows League for cross country and appeared in the 4A state cross country meet. During track and field Rustin was the Narrows League champion in the 800m.
Personal: Rustin plans to major in sport and exercise science at Seattle Univeristy. Parents are Russ and Diane Winger.
