2009 Cross Country: Ran a 28:32 at the West Coast Preview 6K event on Sept. 11th, a 25:15 at Sundodger Sept. 19th, and a 26:12 at the Emerald City Invite Oct. 3rd. Finished with a time of 20:36 at the Mike Hodges Invitational on Oct. 16th.
2008 Cross Country: Julia's best time of the year came at the UW Sundodger Invitational, where she finished in 89th place with a time of 25:03. She also finished 73rd at the Pier Park Preview in 26:27.43 and 25th at the Emerald City Open with a time of 26:42.
2007 Cross Country: Miller quickly became one of the team's top seven runners, finishing 17th at the season-opening Emerald City Invitational in 26:10.00. She finished 41st at the Pier Park Preview with a time of 24:18 and 68th at the Charles Bowles Invitational in 19:21.15. She finished the season on a strong note, posting a 22nd place finish at the Western Washington Invitational (24:30.8), a 33rd place finish at the GNAC Championships (23:50), and a 65th place finish at the NCAA West Regionals with a season-best time of 22:48.
Highline HS: Miller was a team captain for both cross-country and track. She was named rookie of the year her freshman year at Highline. Registered top 10 times in Highline history while competing for the Pirates. Was a member of the 2003 team that won the district championship.
