2021 Outdoor: Posted a new personal best of 4:17.25 in the 1500m at the OSU High Performance Meet.
2018 Cross Country: At the Bronco Invitational, led Seattle U freshmen in the 8k with a personal-best time of 25:33.80… ran a 26:44.60 8k at the Sundodger Invitational.
High School: A three-year letterwinner on Franklin High School’s varsity cross country and track teams… qualified for State in 2016 and 2017 for cross country, competing in the 5K… qualified for State in 2018 for track and field, running a personal best 4:23.12 1600m and placing 10th overall… has personal bests of 2:01.50 in the 800m, 9:03.39 in the 3K, 9:33.13 in the 3200m, and 16:25.40 in the 5K… played basketball during his freshman and sophomore years at FHS.
Personal: Javon Arnone placed in the academic top 10 percent in Washington state for the class of 2018… he plans to major in political science, with the goal of founding his own nonprofit organization.
