2010 Track & Field: At Duane Hartman Invitational, competed in 1500 Meter Run, placed 15th with a time of 4:57.57.
2009 Cross Country: Finished with a time of 25:22 at the Mike Hodges Invitational on Oct. 16th.
2008 Cross Country: Coming back from injury, Chris competed in the Cascade Conference Preview, finishing in 60th place with a time of 30:57.13.
2007 Cross Country: Henry finished the season on a positive note with a 77th place finish at the Western Washington Invitational in 39:31.3 and a 75th place finish in the GNAC Championships in 29:29. He also competed in the Sundodger Invitational earlier in the season (181st - 30:31).
2006 Cross Country: Chris finished in 200th place at the Sundodger Invitational in a time of 28:32. He placed 34th at the Emerald City Invitational with a time of 31:22.61. He finished the Charles Bowles Invite in Salem, Ore. in a time of 28:35.80. Finshed 65th at the GNAC Championships with a time of 28:49.80. Ran a 10k time of 38:02.57 to finish 103rd at the West Region meet in Chico, Calif.
High School: Chris was an award-winning runner at O'Dea High School. During his career, he was named team captain and won the team MVP award, the coaches award, and the most inspirational award. His best 5k time was 16:05. He also ran for the track team, where is personal best in the 1600 was 4:48.
Personal: Chris is the son of Patrick and Bonnie Henry. He is history major at Seattle University. His uncle Scott Henry played varsity basketball for Seattle University from 1981 to 1984.
