2022 Outdoor: Ran a season best time of 5:15.02 in the 1500m during the OSU High Performance Meet
2022 Indoor: Academic All-WAC... posted new personal best of 1:51.71 in the 3000m at the UW Preview... ran a personal best of 5:48.82 in the mile at the WSU Open.
2021 Cross Country: Academic All-WAC... ran a season best time of 26:25.7 in the 6k at the Lewis & Clark Invite.
2021 Outdoor: Academic All-WAC... set new personal record of 5:33.80 in the 1500m and ran season best of 2:41.94 in the 800m at the Doris Heritage Invitational.
2020 Indoor: Set a new personal record of 2:35.80 in the 800m run at the Portland Indoor One… posted a combined time of 4:06.68 with the 4x400m relay team at the UW Preview.
2019 Cross Country: At the UW-Seattle U Dual Meet, finished the three-mile race in 20:36.0.
2019 Outdoor: At the Doris Heritage Track Festival, set a personal record in the 800m run with a time of 2:33.96.
2018 Cross Country: At the Bronco Invitational, posted a time of 25:37.6 in the 6k… at the Bill Dellinger Invitational, ran a 26:02.4… had a time of 27:13.4 at the Sundodger Invitational.
Poasa ran for four years on Wilson High School’s varsity cross country team and three years on varsity track and field… a scholar-athlete honoree all four years, she received the cross country Most Inspirational award in 2016 and the cross country Most Dedicated award in 2017… finished 2018 by being named Wilson High’s Sports Woman of the Year and earning an honorable mention all-conference in the 800m race.
Adahra Poasa was a member of the National Honor Society in high school… majoring in Sport and Exercise Science, plans to pursue a career in sports medicine.
