2009: Peggy started 30 of the 35 in which she appeared in her inaugural Redhawk season. She scored nine runs while contributing 14 hits, a triple, a double, and 7 runs batted in. One of her top performances of the season came March 6th against Utah Valley University when she went 2-for-3 with two runs batted in.

Kennedy HS: Peggy helped the Lancers win back-to-back state championships in 2007 and 2008 as an All-League shortstop. The Seattle Times Player of the Week during the 2007 season, she received the team's Playing with Heart award in 2006 and 2007 and the coaches award in 2008. She was also a guard on the basketball team and graduated in the top ten of her class.

Personal: Born April 9, 1990, Peggy is the daughter of Joyce Mathison and Geary Whiteaker. She is majoring in marketing and sports science. She has been a state champion and a national champion and has been world ranked in taekwondo.
