Brandi Gordon-Bennett returned to Seattle U as a volunteer assistant coach beginning with the 2014 season and was promoted to assistant coach in July 2014.

Gordon was also an assistant coach for Seattle U during the 2008 season. She worked with the team's slap hitters, coached outfield defense and directed the Redhawks' conditioning program as the team won its first ever GNAC title and advanced to the NCAA Division II tournament.

Brandi Gordon joined the Harvard softball team as a coaching assistant in 2009. Gordon spent five seasons with the Crimson. During her time at Harvard, the Crimson claimed two Ivy League Championships and three Ivy North Division titles.

Gordon helped the Crimson post a 17-3 mark in Ivy League play in 2010, and earn the Ivy North Division title and a berth in the 2010 Ivy League Championship series against Cornell. In 2011, she was a key part of the Harvard team that broke the school record for wins in a season (36) and Ivy League wins in a season (18). The 2011 squad also produced the league Player, Pitcher, and Rookie of the year, swept Cornell in the league championship series, and advanced to the Tucson, Ariz. Tegional in the NCAA Tournament.

Harvard was able to repeat its success in 2012 as the Crimson posted a 35-15 overall mark and breezed to the Ivy League Championship Series with a 17-3 league record. A sweep of Penn in the championship series earned Harvard a spot in the NCAA Seattle Regional where it notched upsets over Maryland and No. 23 Texas Tech in back-to-back elimination games to earn the program's first berth in an NCAA Regional final. Gordon played a vital role in seeing 11 players earn All-Ivy League accolades.

In 2007, Gordon was the director of softball operations and camp coordinator at Washington, which finished in third place at the 2007 NCAA Women's College World Series. She has also coached many camps and clinics and has worked as a private softball instructor.

Gordon was a four-year softball letterwinner at the University of the Pacific from 2002 to 2005. She was a catcher her first two years at Pacific but then made a successful move to the outfield for her junior and senior seasons.

In her senior year, Gordon was a second team All-Big West selection as well as a third team ESPN Tthe Magazine Academic All-America pick.

A native of Redmond, Wash., Gordon attended Redmond High School and was a multi-sport letterwinner in volleyball, basketball, and softball. She graduated from the University of the Pacific with a sports sciences degree and a teaching credential in physical education.
