2010-11: Had a 2-11 singles record and a 1-3 doubles record for this season.
Kentridge HS: A team MVP all four years for the Chargers, Overland finished in the top three in the state three years in a row, reaching the state finals in 2009. In that final match, he took the defending state champion who was ranked nationally to a third-set tiebreaker. In 2008, Overland earned the state sportsmanship award. He also played in the Davis Cup Junior Nationals in 2009.
Personal: Born January 5, 1992, Overland is the son of Allan and Vera Overland. He is undecided about his major. An artistic person who writes poetry and draws, Overland was a finalist in an International Poetry Contest.
