Issaquah HS: A three-year letterwinner under Mark Frisby, William played in the number one singles position for the Eagles and earned the team's most improved award. William also wrote for both the school newspaper and Tennis Times newspaper and was a member of the key club as well as the vice-president of DECA. He also earned the school's athletic scholar award.
Personal: Born April 1, 1990, William is the son of Tak and Maggie Tsang. He is majoring in finance and accounting and plans to become an investment banker.
