Zach Foster is entering his second season on staff with the Seattle University men’s and women’s swimming program.
Zach had spent the last several years coaching high school teams in the state including Mercer Island and Sammamish. Zach also spent his summers coaching Triangle Swim Club, where he won league Coach of the Year in 2011.
Zach graduated from Seattle University in 2007 with a degree in general science. Zach was a four-year varsity letter recipient for the swim team with a stroke emphasis on the 200 and 100 backstroke along with the 200 and 400 individual medley. He placed in the top 10 in the 200 backstroke at the PCSC Swim Conference Championships.
Zach was a competitive swimmer for 14 years, including being a member of the Garfield High School boys swim team that won the Washington state title in 2001.
