2013-14: At WAC Championships, qualified for "C" final in 500 freestyle with preliminary time of 4:35.84, then finished eighth in his race and 24th overall in the event with evening mark of 4:44.18 ... finished 28th in 200 freestyle preliminaries in 1:44.12 ... later posted time of 1:42.75 in 200 freestyle time trial ... qualified for "C" final in 200 butterfly with preliminary time of 1:53.90, then finished third in race and 19th overall in event with evening time of 1:54.04.
At Husky Invitational Dec. 6-8, finished 14th overall in 500 freestyle in 4:43.70 after preliminary time of 4:42.67 ... posted time of 53.47 seconds in 100 butterfly prelims ... finished 19th overall in 200 freestyle in 1;45.30 after preliminary time of 1:44.96 ... posted time of 50.25 seconds in 100 freestyle prelims ... posted time of 1:56.95 in 200 butterfly prelims.
In Nov.9 intrasquad, finished fifth in 200 butterfly with a time of 2:01.57
In Nov. 8 intrasquad, won 200 butterfly with a time of 1:49.35 ... took fifth in 500 freestyle with a time of 5:02.27 ... swam third leg for third place in 200 freestyle relay with a time of 1:31.35
On Oct. 19 versus CSUN and GCU, swam 200 freestyle in 1:49.37 ... finished ninth in 200 butterfly with a time of 2:02.34.
High School: Stipe competed at nearby O'Dea High School and was team captain during the 2011-12 season. Outside of the pool, he served as a Link Leader, tutoring younger students and welcoming incoming freshmen.
Club: Stipe participated in the KING Athletic Club as part of the national group.
Personal: Stipe is double-majoring in general science and humanities.
