2009: John appeared in 12 matches, including 10 starts on the season. He scored his first career goal on November 1 against Air Force. He was credited with 23 shots during the season, 9 of which were on goal.
Harry Ainlay HS: John has been part of several winning teams during his club and high school career. As a member of South West United, he won the U-18 Alberta Provincial Championship and the U-18 Canadian National Club Championship. In 2008, he scored four goals in the title game to lead the Titans to the Edmonton Public Premier High School Soccer Championship. John has also participated in the Canadian National Training Center program.
Personal: John is the youngest child of Philip and Kathleen Pegg and has one older brother. Born May 12, 1991, he is majoring in sport and exercise science.
