2005: Forner was named to the 2005 GNAC Men[apos]s Soccer Academic Team, one of five SU men[apos]s soccer players to be given the honor... Forner started 18 of 19 matches for SU in 2005... An integral part of the Redhawk defensive, helping SU limit opponent shot production to .084 for the season and shutout six teams in 2005... Offensively, Forner also contributed by offering up two assists in 2005.

2004: Forner made quite an impression on the GNAC as his defensive prowess in shutting down the opposition earned him the GNAC Freshman of the Year award...the honor was well deserved with Forner joining with the rest of a young defense to allow more than one goal in just two matches in all of 2004...that defense also had NCAA Division II national bests in shutouts (15) and goals against average (0.47), as well as earning nine consecutive shutouts at one point of the season...that defense also allowed just one goal in a stretch of 12 matches in 2004 as well...came in and immediately made an impact, playing in all 23 matches for the Redhawks as a freshman, and also started all 23...was part of a defense that allowed just 11 goals in 23 matches.
