2009-10: In his first season with Seattle University, Jones played in all 31 games for the Redhawks, averaging 14.8 minutes per game. He ended the season with an average of 8.9 points and 3.3 rebounds per game. Jones had a strong end to the season, reaching 10 or more points in each of the last seven games in the season. He reached a season-high 24 points and 9 rebounds against UC Davis.
JC: Jones averaged 14 points and 8 rebounds per game with Scottsdale Community College, and hit a season high with 25 points and 18 rebounds against CAC. He was given the Division II Player of the Week award, as well as being named Third Team All-Conference.
