2023 Cross Country: Finished with a time of 23:00.3 in the 6k at the NCAA West Regionals and 23:29.7 at the WAC Championships.
2022 Cross Country: Set personal bests of 18:40 in the 5k at the Charles Bowles Invite and 22:38 in the 6k at the WAC Championships
2022 Outdoor: Ran a personal best time and 23rd fastest time in the WAC of 2:18.10 in the 800m during the 2022 WAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships…posted a personal best time of 4:41.52 in the 1500m during the 2022 WAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
2021 Cross Country: Posted a new personal best of 19:40.7 in the 5k at the Charles Bowles Invitational.
2020 Indoor: All-WAC Second Team… took bronze with the distance medley relay team at the WAC Indoor Championships, posting a combined time of 12:19.11… also competed in the mile at that meet, finishing in 5:18.63… at the Portland Indoor Two, set a personal record in the 3k run with a time of 10:34.61… at the Portland Indoor One, finished the mile run in 5:12.73… ran the 3k in 10:35.99 at the UW Preview.
2019 Cross Country: Posted a personal record in the 6k at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational with a time of 23:03.8… finished the three-mile run at the John Payne/Curtis XC Invitational in 19:33.9… had a time of 18:50.00 in the three-mile run at the UW-Seattle U Dual Meet.
Much was a four-year letterwinner for both cross country and track and field… made First Team All-Northwest Conference each year for cross country… was named Bellingham High School’s Most Improved Cross Country Athlete in 2018… qualified for State in cross country all four years, taking 18th place in the 5k run in the 2018 competition… Bellingham High placed third at State in 2017 and tied for first in 2018… Much also qualified for State in track and field in 2018, where she participated in the 4x400m relay, the 1600m run and the 3200m run… her notable personal records include a time of 5:18 in the 1600m, 11:35 in the 3200m and 19:01.1 in the 5k.
Grace Much is pursuing a certificate in Leadership Formation at Seattle U...In high school, she was an Advanced Placement Scholar as well as a four-year Honor Roll student, and obtained a Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish.
