2022 Outdoor: Named second team All-WAC in the 1500m… ran a personal best time of 4:35.99 in the 1500m during the 2022 WAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… notched a personal best of 2:13.97 in the 800m during the Bryan Clay Invitational… part of SU's all-time best of 4:35.99 in the 4x400m during 2022 WAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
 
2022 Indoor: Posted WAC's 16th-best adjusted time of 2:18.87 in the 800m at the WAC Championships... apart of SU's fourth best all-time distance medley relay team that ran a 12:09.85 at the UW Invite.

2021 Cross Country: Academic All-WAC... posted a new personal best of 18:15.3 in the three mile at UW/SU dual meet... ran a personal best time of 19:02.0 in the 5k at the Charles Bowles Invitational... ran season best time of 22:31.0 in the 6k at the WAC Championships.

2021 Outdoor: Academic All-WAC... ran the WAC's 14th-best and personal season best of 2:18.54 in the 800m at the Chris Rinne Twilight... apart of SU's 10th ranked all-time 4x400m relay team that ran 4:02.72 at the Oregon State PNW Team Clash... posted a new personal record of 4:59.89 in the 1500m at the SU/Seattle Pacific Dual.

2019 Cross Country: Ran the 6k in 23:00.6 at the NCAA Division I West Region Cross Country Championships… at the Western Athletic Conference XC Championships, finished the 6k race in 23:43.9… shaved 52 seconds off her personal-best 6k time with a mark of 22:19.3 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational… finished in seventh place at the John Payne/Curtis XC Invitational, posting a 5k time of 18:21.00.

2019 Outdoor: At the Oregon State High Performance meet, finished the 800m in 2:15.49… had the ninth-best time in the WAC for the outdoor 800m run with a personal-best 2:14.75 at the Bryan Clay Invitational… at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, ran the 800m in 2:15.66… took fifth place in the 800m run with a time of 2:18.43 at the Doris Heritage Track Festival.

2019 Indoor: Second Team All-WAC… at the WAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, won the bronze medal with the distance medley relay with a time of 12:20.49… took seventh place in the 800m finals with a time of 2:17.70 at that meet… in that event’s preliminaries, had the eighth-best mark in the WAC for the season with a personal-best 2:16.94… took fourth place in the 800m run with 2:20.30 at the Cougar Indoor… at the UW Invitational, posted the WAC’s 16th-best indoor mile time with 5:12.15… ran the 1000m in 3:03.39, a personal best, at the UW Preview.

2018 Cross Country: Seattle U Cross Country Female Freshman of the Year... Academic All-WAC... ran the 6k in 22:52.10 at the NCAA West Regional Championships… at the WAC Cross Country Championships, finished the 6k race in 22:33.70… had a 6k PR of 22:30.10 at the Bronco Invitational… posted a 6k time of 22:47.30 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational.

 HIGH SCHOOL

As a four-year letterwinner in cross country and track, Postma was named to the Greater St. Helens League cross country Second Team in 2014 and First Team in 2015, 2016 and 2017… was also named to the all-league Second Team for track in 2017 and 2018… Camas High School won the 4A cross country State Championship in 2014 and 2015, and were runners-up in 2016 and 2017… Postma qualified for State in the 800m in 2017 and 2018, and the 400m in 2018… she finished 26th in the 4A State cross country meet in 2016… placed 12th in the State 800m event in 2017 and 11th in 2018… posted personal bests of 2:16.4 in the 800m and 59.44 in the 400m… named a Scholar-Athlete all four years, while receiving the Will To Win Award in 2018.

Ellie Postma was a Camas-Roshugal Rotary Award winner, a member of the National Honor Society and a member of the Interact Club… received Academic Achievement Awards in math (2014), Spanish (2015), chemistry (2016) and English (2017)… majoring in Sport and Exercise Science at Seattle U.
