2022 Indoor: Posted a new personal best of 5:10.60 in the mile at the UW Invite... ran a season best time of 10:42.75 in the 3000m at the UW Preview... was apart SU's tenth best all-time distance medley relay team that ran 12:42.30 at the WAC Championships.

2020 Cross Country: Academic All-WAC.. ran a season best of 24:05.7 in the 6k at the WAC Championship.
2020 Indoor: All-WAC Second Team… Academic All-WAC… at the WAC Indoor Championships, won bronze with the distance medley relay team with a total time of 12:19.11… at the Portland Indoor Two, set a new personal record in the 3k run at 10:16.07… set a new PR in the mile run with a time of 5:11.83 at the Portland Indoor One.
2019 Cross Country: Finished the 6k race at the NCAA Division I West Region Cross Country Championships in 23:05.4… at the Western Athletic Conference XC Championships, posted a time of 24:04.3… set a personal record by an entire minute in the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational, finishing the 6k in 22:07.6… took ninth place at the John Payne/Curtis XC Invitational with a three-mile time of 18:24.0.
2019 Outdoor: Posted a time of 4:52.45 in the 1500m run at the WAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… at the Bryan Clay Invitational, had a time of 4:47.87 in the 1500m run… set a new personal record in the 1500m run at the St. Martin’s Jay Hammer Invitational with 4:47.35… ran the 1500m in 4:52.21 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic.
2019 Indoor: Second Team All-WAC… at the WAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, won the bronze medal with the distance medley relay with a time of 12:20.49… also had a personal-best 3k time of 10:40.31 in that meet.
2018 Cross Country: Academic All-WAC... ran the 6k in 23:57.80 at the NCAA West Regional Championships… at the WAC Cross Country Championships, finished the 6k run in 23:20.20… set a new PR in the 6k with a time of 23:12.30 at the Bronco Invitational… at the Bill Dellinger Invitational, finished the 6k course in 23:27.10… had a 6k time of 23:47.70 at the Sundodger Invitational.
Chahrouri was a three-year letterwinner in varsity cross country and track at JSerra Catholic High School… won the California Interscholastic Federation Cross Country Championship her junior year… was an all-league cross country athlete in 2016 and 2017… also received the Shalane Flanagan Award in 2017 for her accomplishments… JSerra named her the track & field MVP and the Student-Athlete of the Year in 2018… a member of the National Honor Society, Chahrouri also received the English Gold Award and the Social Studies Gold Award for her academic prowess.
