2009 Cross Country: Coming off of an injury Dalton ran a 28:55 at the West Coast Preview 6K event, a 26:31 at Sundodger, and a 28:23 at the Emerald City Invite. Finished with a time of 21:25 at the Mike Hodges Invitational.
2008 Cross Country: Ashley's top two performances both took place at Lincoln Park in West Seattle, as she finished 97th at the UW Sundodger Invitational in a time of 26:07 over six kilometers and 77th at the Cascade Conference Preview with a five-kilometer time of 21:13.57. She also finished 31st at the Emerald City Open with a time of 28:03.
Bellingham HS: Ashley earned three letters apiece in both cross country and track for the Red Raiders. She appeared three times at the state cross country meet running a career best 5K time in 20:50. Ashley was voted most improved twice and most inspirational four times by her peers.
Personal: Ashley is a Sports and Exercise Science major Seattle University. She is the daughter of Teresa Dalton.
