2021 Outdoor: Academic All-WAC... ran the WAC's 15th-best and SU's 10th all-time steeplechase time of 10:28.04 at the SU/Seattle Pacific Dual... had season best performance in the 800m at the OSU High Performance Meet of 2:02.49... had season best performance in the 1500m at the OSU High Performance Meet of 4:08.81.
2020 Indoor: Ran the 800m in 2:00.11 at the Portland Indoor One… had a time of 2:34.78 in the 1000m run at the UW Preview.
2019 Cross Country: Set a new personal record in the 10k race at NCAA Division I West Regionals with a time of 33:08.1… at the Western Athletic Conference XC Championships, finished the 8k race in 26:50.1… posted a PR of 25:22.9 in the 8k race at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational… took 16th place at the John Payne/Curtis XC Invitational with an 8k time of 25:59.0.
LU: Ayers attended Lipscomb University from 2015-2019… in 2018, took fifth place in the 8k run at the University of Evansville Cross Country Invitational with a personal-best 25:33.5… took third place in the 800m run at the 2017 Rhodes Invitational with a time of 1:56.02… at the Atlantic Sun Indoor Conference Championships, set a PR in the mile run, finishing in 4:16.88… at the Chipotle Marshall Invitational, ran a personal-best 8:33.01 in the 3k run… at the 2016 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I South Region Cross Country Championships, set a new personal record in the 10k with a time of 33:11.9… was a member of the Honor Roll during every semester for his first three years.
High School: Earned four letters apiece in cross country and track and field… earned three varsity letters in basketball… took first place in the 800m run at the 1A District 1 Championships with a time of 1:56.40… came in fifth place with a PR of 4:20.63 in the 1600m run at the Bellevue Invitational… at the 2014 1A Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) State Championships, placed third in the 5k with a personal-best 15:42.6.
