Federal Way High School: Yunker was a four year varsity starter for the Eagles. He helped the team take third in state in 2008 and make another state appearance in 2011. He played first base, second base, and third base. Yunker was also a member of the National Honor Society.
Club Experience: Yunker played for the RIPS Brewers 2007-2010 and the SBA Bombers in 2010. He helped the Brewers take second in the state championship tournament in 2008, and was named to the All-State team.
Personal: Full name is Adam Wright Yunker. His parents are Tracy and Scott Yunker and he has a younger sibling named Lynsey. His grandfather Bob Yunker is a member of the Seattle University Athletics Hall of Fame. Yunker is majoring in mechanical engineering and would like to be an engineer after graduation.
