SEATTLE, WA. - The Department of Athletics has announced that sports apparel industry leader, NIKE, Inc. will be the exclusive apparel, uniform, and shoe provider for Seattle University's 12 varsity programs.
The Seattle U. men's soccer program, cultivated by former head coach Pete Fewing, has enjoyed a long standing relationship with the NIKE, which has its company roots in the Pacific Northwest, and beginning in the 2006-2007 campaign this relationship will expand to include all teams.
"NIKE has such a remarkable and longstanding tradition of excellence, and we are delighted to be expanding our partnership," added assistant athletic director, Eric Guerra.
